The Amanda Manigault Company and Black Girl Beauty offer multiple pathways for salon owners, beauty professionals, investors, and aspiring entrepreneurs to participate in our growing beauty education and workforce-development network. Whether you want to mentor an apprentice, strengthen your existing salon, operate as a full-service employment partner, or pursue ownership of a newly developed Black Girl Beauty location, there is a pathway designed to meet you where you are.
Holding Salon Partner
A Holding Salon Partner provides an approved professional environment where an apprentice can receive supervised, hands-on training under the direction of a qualified licensed professional. This option may be appropriate for salons that want to support apprenticeship training without assuming responsibility for the entire apprenticeship program.
