- YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS WITH REFERENCE NUMBER
- PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAIL, ADD ANY OTHER PARTY TO THE EMAIL WHO WILL BE SIGNING THE DOCUMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE NOTARIZED. IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL PLEASE TYPE THE NAME, ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER OF ALL PARTIES WHO WILL BE NOTARIZING THE DOCUMENT. EACH SIGNED PARTY MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EMAIL. PLEASE ATTACH THE DOCUMENT TO BE NOTARIZED. IN THE SAME EMAIL, PLEASE ALSO EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR GOVERNMENT ID
- IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON TO BE NOTARIZED, EACH PERSON MUST EMAIL A COPY OF THEIR GOVERNMENT ID/FROM THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS/RESPONDING TO THE EMAIL/REFERENCE NUMBER.
- IF THERE IS ANY OTHER MONEY OWED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE.
- UPON COMPLETION OF THE PAYMENT EACH SIGNER WILL RECEIVE A ZOOM INVITATION WITH THE CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT TIME.
- THIS ZOOM MEETING WILL BE RECORDED. ALL CAMERAS MUST BE TURNED ON.
- EACH SIGNED PARTY WILL BE VERIFIED BEFORE NOTARIZATION.
- EACH SIGNED PARTY MUST BE SIGNED IN THE ZOOM FROM THEIR OWN EMAIL/SCREEN
- IF THERE APPEARS TO BE ANY DISCREPANCIES, THEN I WILL REFER YOU TO AN IN-PERSON NOTARY NEAREST YOU.
